Billing Information

Water usage bills are determined by periodic meter readings to determine water consumption. Residential meters are read quarterly, while commercial and business meters are read on a monthly basis.

Payment of bills may be paid by check, money order, Automatic Clearing House (ACH) withdrawals, E-check, or credit card in the following ways:

- Mailed to: P. O. Box 667, Souderton, PA 18964-0667

- Dropped off at our office during business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) or deposited in the payment drop box outside the front door of our office after hours at: 300 Forty Foot Road (near the intersection of Allentown & Forty Foot Roads), Lansdale, PA.

- At any local Univest National Bank & Trust Co.  For b/ank locations, see http://www.univest.net

- Credit Card Payments may be made at the NPWA office, by phone, or by clicking here to pay on-line. NPWA accepts E-check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.  To pay by credit or debit card, you will need to log into your account when paying online, and enter your email address, card type, card number, expiration date, CVV, the name on the card, cardholder's address, and zip code.

- E-check (Electronic Check) is an electronic version of a paper check used to make payments online. Anyone with a checking or savings account can pay by E-check.  To make a payment with an E-check, you will need to enter your email address, bank account holder name, bank routing number, bank account number, account type (personal or business), account source (checking or savings), bank account holder address, including city, state, and zip code, as well as the bank's phone number.

-  Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) payments may be made by phone by dialing 215-855-3617, and pressing 4. You will need your twelve digit account number. The IVR system, like our other payment systems, utilizes a secure and encrypted channel for communication. All transport of financial data between NPWA and bank/credit card processors uses above-standard encryption techniques to ensure a safe and protected transaction. Your financial information is never stored in our system. For more information, click here.

- You may also sign up for E-Billing to opt-out of receiving a paper bill and receive an email notification that your bill is online and ready for payment. To use the E-Billing option, you will need to register and login to your customer account and change your billing preferences to E-Billing.

-  You may choose ACH for your water bill payment by going onto the Customer Portal and creating an account.  Once in there, you will need to select the arrow all the way to the right and a pulldown of options will appear.  Select  Auto Pay which will take you to another site to sign up for ACH.  To select this option, click here.
