Who can I call to obtain account information or ask questions regarding my bill?

A Customer Service Representative can answer your questions by calling 215-855-3617 and press 3 for the Customer Service Department. Or, you can send an email to customerservice@npwa.org for a Representative to assist you.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes. You can pay your statement online using E-check, Discover, Amex, MasterCard or VISA credit or debit cards, Google and Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.

NPWA customers will be allowed two payments per invoice if paying with a Credit or Debit Card, Google or Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.  These forms of payment will charge a service fee of $1.00 and there will be a maximum payment amount of $1,000.

There is no service fee OR transaction cap for paying by Check, ACH, or E-Check.

If you do not wish to receive a paper bill, you can choose to use E-Billing. This option allows you to opt-out of receiving a paper bill. Instead, when your water bill is generated by North Penn Water Authority, you will receive an email notification that your bill is online and ready for payment. To use the E-Billing option, you will need to be a registered user on our site. To register and/or add the E-Billing option, you will need to login to your customer account and change your billing preferences. Can I pay my bill by phone?

Yes, you can pay your statement by phone using Discover, Amex, MasterCard or VISA credit or debit cards or an E-check. Dial 844-915-1241. You can also call the office at 215-855-3617 and press 4. You will need your twelve digit account number to access your account.

Can my monthly payment be drafted directly from my bank account?

Yes. Customers can choose to have their water bill automatically withdrawn from their checking or savings account. To pay with Auto Pay, click here.

I'm moving. What do I need to do?

If you are moving into NPWA’s service area, or moving out, the Water Certification Request Form needs to be completed. The form is completed by the Title Company, so please consult your Realtor.

Am I responsible for my tenant's water bill?
Property owners are responsible for any and all water charges incurred by tenants occupying their property. While owners can make tenant payment of utilities part of their rental or lease agreement, the owner will be responsible for any outstanding charges left by the tenant.
