Fire Service Use Fees
| $500 | Unauthorized Use Fee – Unauthorized Use (Testing) of Fire Service Lines: Any person or entity operating a private fire protection system, including but not limited to sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, standpipes, etc., without prior notification (minimum of 48 hours) and authorization by the Authority shall be subject to this fee. This fee can be charged per event or incident. |
| $250 | Consistent Use Fee – The consistent use of non-emergency water from a fire line shall be eliminated (corrected/repaired) when notified by the Authority. Failure to eliminate this non-emergency use will incur this fee. This fee can be charged on a monthly basis for non-compliance. |

| $ 105.00 | Turn-on between 4:30 P.M. and 7:00 P.M., Monday through Friday or between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays |
