General Bidding Info

The Authority from time-to-time solicits bids for various goods and services. Bids are solicited in accordance with all public bidding and Pennsylvania Municipal Authority regulations as required. The Authority shall post Contracts out to bid and award Contracts as needed. Further information regarding bids can be obtained by following the Authority’s Right-to-Know Policy. Additional information regarding bids can also be obtained by scheduling an appointment to inspect the project files, if desired. There will be a charge for any photocopying. The Authority does not respond to telephone solicitations or fax requests for bidding information.

Electronic Bidding System

North Penn Water Authority is now using an electronic bidding system. Similar to a paper based process, the EBS system provides sealed bidding privacy and security. You may register as a bidder/vendor, view bid openings, bid opening schedules, and Contract Awards.
