About Customer Service
Customer Service Representatives are an integral part of North Penn Water Authority. Answering a myriad of questions about your bill, your meter, your usage, your service line as well as dispatching service technicians to facilitate repairs if necessary.
North Penn Water Authority has several options available for our customers to make payment of their bill more convenient. Payments can be made by mail, dropped off at the office, by phone via Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, or conveniently made online through the customer portal via Credit Card, E-check, Google and Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.
Changes effective January 1, 2023:
NPWA customers will be allowed two payments per invoice if paying with a Credit or Debit Card, Google or Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo. These forms of payment will charge a service fee of $1.00 and there will be a maximum payment amount of $1,000.
There is no service fee OR transaction cap for paying by Check, ACH, or E-Check.
Customer service does not begin nor end with the Authority’s Customer Service Department, but has many faces here at North Penn Water Authority.
