Billing Info
Payment of bills may be paid by check, money order, credit card or E-check in the following ways:
Mail to: P.O. Box 667, Souderton, PA 18964-0667
Be sure to write your account number on the check and include your payment stub.
Payment must be received by the due date or a 10% penalty will be applied.
Dropped off at our office during business hours
In our lobby: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Anytime: Deposit payment in the drop box outside the front door of our office.
We are located at: 300 Forty Foot Road (near the intersection of Allentown & Forty Foot Roads), Lansdale, PA.
Credit Card Payments
Payment may be made at the NPWA office, by phone, or by clicking here to pay online. NPWA accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Google and Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.
Please be aware of billing charges that will go into effect on January 4, 2027. North Penn Water Authority customers that pay their bill with a credit or debit card, Google and Apple Pay, or PayPal and Venmo, will be charged a 2.95% fee, with a maximum transaction cap of $50,000.
There will be NO fee for paying by check, ACH, or E-check.

E-check
Electronic Check is an electronic version of a paper check used to make payments online. Anyone with a checking or savings account can pay by E-check.
(Checks returned for any reason, will incur a $50.00 service charge)
Interactive Voice Response System (IVR)
Payment may be made by phone by dialing 844-915-1241. You can also call the office at 215-855-3617 and press 4. You will need your twelve digit account number. Your financial information is never stored in our system. For more information, click here.
E-Billing
You may also sign up for E-Billing to opt-out of receiving a paper bill and receive an email notification that your bill is online and ready for payment.
To use the E-Billing option, you will need to register and log in to your customer account and change your billing preferences to E-Billing.
