Online Bill Pay
North Penn Water has two online bill payment options, a one-time express payment option that can be used by tenants and property owners and a customer portal that can be accessed by homeowners and property owners that requires the customer to create an account.
One Time Pay Payments
One Time Pay payments or payment by a Tenant – If you want to make a one-time online payment without registering for a customer portal account, click the ‘Continue’ below and then ‘Pay Now’ . Tenants cannot register for an online account at our customer portal site.
Customer Portal Account
If you are a homeowner or property owner and would like to set up a customer portal account, please click ‘Continue’ below to go to the customer portal sign-in page. Select the ‘Register Now’ button to create a new customer portal account.
The customer portal allows you to pay your bill online by credit card or E-Check, Google and Apple Pay, PayPal and Venmo, view past statements, sign up for recurring payments and pay by text.
Please be aware of billing changes that will go into effect on January 1, 2023. North Penn Water Authority customers who pay their bill with a credit or debit card, Google and Apple Pay, or PayPal and Venmo, will be charged a $1.00 service fee per transaction, with a maximum transaction cap of $1,000. There will be no fee or transaction cap for paying by check, ACH, or E-check. No action is required at this time, unless you would like to make changes to your payment options.
