Online Payment – The Fastest and Easiest Way to Pay Your Water Bill

Paying your water bill online is a quick and convenient way to manage your payments. It allows you to avoid the hassle of mailing checks or visiting payment centers. Online payments are also secure, giving you peace of mind that your information is protected. Plus, it’s environmentally friendly, as it reduces paper waste and saves time.

Online bill pay is available for all NPWA customers in all areas, including: Chalfont Borough, Franconia Township, Hatfield Borough, Hatfield Township, Hilltown Township, Lansdale Borough, Lower Salford Township, Montgomery Township, New Britain Borough, New Britain Township, Perkasie Borough, Salford Township, Sellersville Borough, Skippack Township, Souderton Borough, Towamencin Township, Upper Gwynedd Township, Upper Salford Township, West Rockhill Township, and Worcester Township.

North Penn Water offers two convenient online bill payment options for residents. The first is a one-time express payment option, ideal for both tenants and property owners who need a quick and easy way to pay their bills without creating an account. This option is perfect for those who prefer not to store their payment information or only need to make occasional payments.

The second option is a customer portal designed specifically for homeowners and property owners. Tenants cannot sign up for customer accounts. Please use express-pay. This portal requires you to create an account, allowing you to manage your payments and view billing history, making it a comprehensive tool for regular bill management.

One Time Pay payments or payment by a Tenant – If you want to make a one-time online payment without registering for a customer portal account, click the ‘Continue To Payment Site’ button and then ‘Pay Now’.

Customer Portal Account

If you would like to set up a customer portal account, please click ‘Continue To Payment Site’ button to go to the customer portal sign-in page. Select the ‘Register Now’ button to create a new customer portal account. The customer portal allows you to pay your bill online by credit card or E-Check, Google and Apple Pay, PayPal and Venmo, view past statements, sign up for recurring payments and pay by text.

Changes effective January 1,2023:

NPWA customers will be allowed two payments per invoice if paying with a Credit or Debit Card, Google or Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo. These forms of payment will charge a service fee of $1.00 and there will be a maximum payment amount of $1,000. There is no service fee OR transaction cap for paying by Check, ACH, or E-Check.
