If you believe you received a Past Due Notice by mistake, please check the date on the notice. The company NPWA uses to send out bills sent a number of Past Due Notices to customers in error. If your letter is dated 2019, please disregard. If you have further questions, please contact customer service at 215-855-3617 Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
