Notice of Water Meter Upgrade Program

About the Project

North Penn Water Authority is beginning a water meter replacement program to ensure accurate measurement of water consumption in the water system.

It is mandatory for all water customers of North Penn Water Authority whose meter is 20 years or older to have this upgrade.  RIO Supply, Inc. is the contractor that will serve as the water meter replacement program coordinator.  The installation of the water meters will be done by Lenegan Plumbing and Heating, LLC.  There is no cost to you, as the end user, for the new water meter or its installation.

The water meter replacement program does require entry into your residence or business, so appointments with the meter installers, Lenegan Plumbing and Heating, LLC, will be required.  It is important that you call the telephone number below to set up your appointment as soon as possible.  This upgrade will involve approximately 15-20 minutes of access to your property.  The installers from Lenegan Plumbing and Heating, LLC will have work identification badges that are approved by the Authority.  Please ensure that your water meter is accessible.

You can schedule your appointment by phone or on the web at: www.OCNJPlumber.com. The contact number is: 1-855-892-3830.
